Blueberry Delight

From Nancy - Don't feed this to a child who has just seen Willy Wonka.

Ingredients

  • 2 small packages Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can pie filling
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained

Topping

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Dash of vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix together Jello, boiling water, pie filling, and pineapple. Let set.
  2. Spread topping over Jello.
