Paprika Potato Wedges

These crispy and flavorful potatoes are a quick and delicious side dish.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut potatoes into 1/2" thick wedges.
  2. Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with remaining ingredients to coat.
  3. Roast on top rack until golden brown and crispy, 20-25 minutes.
