Grandma Pascuzzi's Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and roll into balls.
  2. Cook in sauce for 20 minutes or bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
