Gramma's Mincemeat Cookies

Grandma 'Rene made these as our cookie snack for cookie day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/3 cups mincemeat

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add gradually to cream mixture.
  3. Stir in mincemeat.
  4. Drop by rounded teaspoons, 2" apart on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
