Protein Oats
A quick protein and oat breakfast that tastes a little like a warm muffin.
Ingredients
- 35g oat flour
- 20g protein powder
- 5g baking powder
- 140ml water
- Chocolate chips (optional)
- Greek yogurt (optional)
- Berries (optional)
Directions
- Add oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and water to bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and add your toppings of choice.
