Protein Oats

A quick protein and oat breakfast that tastes a little like a warm muffin.

Ingredients

  • 35g oat flour
  • 20g protein powder
  • 5g baking powder
  • 140ml water
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Greek yogurt (optional)
  • Berries (optional)

Directions

  1. Add oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and water to bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
  3. Remove from the microwave and add your toppings of choice.
