Chai Tea Latte

A fall coffee shop classic that you can make at home.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 10 Chai tea bags
  • 1/2 cup white sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (or to taste)
  • 8 cups milk
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and brown sugar to a heat-safe pitcher.
  3. Add tea bags to boiling water and steep for 12 minutes. Pour over sugar and stir to dissolve. Let cool.
  4. Fill a glass about halfway with ice and cover with chai concentrate. Fill the remaining half of the glass with milk. Enjoy.

*You can experiment with different brands and types of tea. Some of our favorites are Bigelow French Vanilla Chai, Twinings Chai, and Stash Double Spice Chai.
